Hey there, future team member! This is our recruitment process.

  • After you sent in your application our People Specialist will contact you within two business days to inform you of the next step. 

    All applications are anonymous in the first stage. 

  •  

    If we're vibing with your profile, we'll call you for a casual phone conversation. It'll be quick, about 15-20 minutes, and the star of the show? You, of course!

     

  • If both parties still think this is a good match after the phone call, we will arrange a digital meeting where you will meet the hiring manager.

     

  • If the good vibes keep rolling, it's time for a face-to-face meetup at Nacka Strand. Depending on the role you applied for, you'll get to meet with different crew members.

  • Soon there! But first, we would like to talk to some of your previous managers or colleagues. Part of our process is also a background check that is made by an external part. 

  • If you've aced the previous steps, it's celebration time! The hiring manager and our People Specialist will pop the big question. If you decide to join us, you will get the contract in your inbox and sign it digitally.

  • Before your first day, your manager will drop some practical information about your first week. During the first weeks with us, you will undergo a general onboarding and specific parts needed for your new gig. And, of course, get to know your new colleagues!
