About the role

As an IT Asset Management Specialist, you have the main responsibility for the IT environment, meaning hardware as well as software and cloud services. You’ll ensure seamless functionality across all tech-related processes. Your mission is to continuously refine our systems, seeking out the most efficient IT solutions. You’ll be the guru of internal training, the overseer of IT, and the go-to support for our team. Bridging the gap between SAM Nordic and external IT partners, you’ll be pivotal in maintaining harmony and efficiency.

Your role is diverse, spanning from procuring devices, validating and implementing new software systems, making sure the software systems are being used, ensuring compliance with regulations, amongst other tasks. Additionally, you lend your expertise to digital transformation initiatives. Your service-oriented, precise nature, and your strong curiosity for innovation, makes you an invaluable asset.

We are looking for

To be successful in this role you have:

• 5+ years of work experience in IT asset management
• A strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, software implementations and integrations, and cloud technologies
• Experience with validation of new software systems
• A deep understanding and experience of working with IT security
• Fluency in Swedish and English in spoken and written
• The possibility to work from our office in Stockholm, Nacka Strand, a few times a month 

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience in digital transformation and e-commerce
